Robotification of Humans? 🤖

Disclaimer: These are my views and opinions and are not meant to hurt anyone's feelings or intentions.

Is Artificial Intelligence or AI, the beginning of our end? Before I continue, I want you to watch this 30-second video: Click here
(Honestly, I felt lucky to be born in India after watching this 😂)

I think it aptly represents the upcoming generations of developed and developing countries. So, is this growth of AI really helping us develop? Yes, but destructively.
The first thing we look for in the morning is our mobile phone. Our lives have become so dependent on technology that simple calculations and basic knowledge have to be looked up on the internet.
Nowadays, ChatGPT is quite talked about. It's a software that can have human-like conversations. You can search about anything and it will reply to you like a human being would. You will see many advantages of it, but are there no cons? There are many. I'll talk about a few. The first is humanisation of a robot. The fact that ChatGPT can respond like a human is, in itself, concerning. It is said that it can remember the previous conversation and give its next reply, hence it can also give therapy sessions. It would slowly and gradually deprive our thinking capabilities. The problems which are meant to be solved by you, are now being solved by a software. It can also give real-life advice on finance,  investments, diet and even on one's any kind of relationship. In my opinion, why would anyone want a chat system to overview and have a say in their relationships? It obviously cannot know you better than yourself!
Looking back 10 years from now, only a few places were rich enough to have technology. But looking 10 years ahead from now, I think rarely any place would be left on the Earth which could not be connected through technology or the Internet. Technology is not only marking us lethargic physically but also mentally. Who knows in the near future even our part of thinking and decision-making would be done by robots!

Do let me know your views on this!

And that's the end! Thank you for reading!

When life gives you lemons, Take notes.😂

Hey! Long time no see! Well, I am writing this probably after 1.5 years and so much has happened. Long story short, I passed class 10th with a satisfactory 96%, got selected in a reputed school for 11th and 12th and am currently going to give class 12th boards in less than a month. But the purpose of this blog is not this. I want to share a valuable life lesson that I have learned here.

This incident happened a few weeks back during our Physics Board Practical. Whole year round I performed the practicals quite seriously and completed all of them on time. The last half hour of the exam was left when my teacher tells me to give my paper to her. Being obedient, I did so. But then she started to give my answers, particularly readings,  to another boy. Isn't this exactly what is not supposed to happen in board exams? ( Maybe this is how schools get 100% results 🙂). I saw my year-long efforts and sacrifices crumble and vanish in a second. Pure saal ki mehnat only for it to end like this? This might not seem that big of a deal, but it is for me. As I already said, only half an hour was left and I was stressed as well as deeply shaken by now. I suddenly felt helpless. Let alone take action, I could not even think of words to speak. Also, I was told to "Keep my mouth shut about this" which is exactly what I am not going to do😊😇. Speaking or taking any action then would mean risking everything. Anyways, I completed my paper on time, submitted and came back straight to my home.

The lesson that we learn here is that -
1. Do not run behind reputed institutions. Analyse every aspect and take the right decisions.
2. Life can take a turn anytime anywhere, so be prepared (which I clearly wasn't 😂🙂).
3. Always completely rely on yourselves.

And that's the end! Thank you for reading!

Small Happy Things..☆

Have you ever had a day when things were messed up and didn’t go as planned? We have all been there, isn’t it? Such a day makes our mood gloomy. But, not always! How much ever bad your day has been, there have to be some happy moments that you do not notice. The calming sound of the rain, your mischievous sibling, listening to your favourite song, the moment when you went into your dreamy world, the small laugh you had with your parents, the answer you gave in the class, they all were the happy moments you didn’t notice! The negatives have a greater effect on the mind than the positives and this makes us focus on or rethink the negatives. You may get disheartened, feel like quitting or lose confidence. But then you need to find that something made you start because someone out there has faith in you. They believe in you and you just cannot let them down! Take a break, go outside, feel nature, have a small conversation with your family or maybe take a nap, all of it helps. Also, make sure that particular negative thing doesn’t have a great impact on you, the next time you face it. Let these small happy things keep you going, for this will eventually make you go ahead and get it, or rather ACHEIVE IT!

And that's the end! Thank you for reading!

Equality V/S Equity

Equality is giving every individual the same opportunities and resources.
Equity is where resources are distributed on the basis of an individuals needs and problems.

Donot do the mistake of considering them the same! They are different and infact, kind of contrary to each other. If I give one roti each to an adult man and a child, it will somewhat look like injustice to the adult man, for it will not fulfill his needs, right? Let us understand this difference better.

Let us take the example of our country, India. The gap between the rich and the poor is wide here. I give Rs.100 to a rich man and a poor man, this is Equality. But this doesnot reduce the gap between the two. So, we need such a system where there is equitable distribution of resources, which means the poor should get more, as the rich already has sufficient resources.

This picture below will help to further clarify the idea of equality and equity in the society.
Hope you liked it. Please share ahead, even a single share creates a difference🤗.

My Life During Lockdown

Lockdown has changed many people. Some are becoming masterchefs👩‍🍳, some are becoming artists🎨, some are getting fat🍛, some are getting fit🤸‍♀️, while some are working from home👩‍💻, others are working for home🧹 and some are just getting fed up or bored🙇‍♀️. And I am none of these. My life has not much changed in this lockdown because I am habituated to being in the house. If I'm not at home, I'm at school or classes. Its just that now the school and classes are replaced by Online Classes😐. Well.. we'll get on that(Online Classes) later.
My whole sleep and wake cycle is disturbed! At night when its actually the time to sleep, my brain bursts open with thoughts and ideas! This blog is also the result of midnight thinking..   And then I wake up after 8, which is very late(It might seem early to you but we should be up atleast by 7). I am surely spending more time with my family, which is why I feel we should get atleast 1 month of lockdown for rejuvinating ourselves every year😂. It will also allow nature to replenish itself from all the pollution.(Its silly, I know😂). A Sparrow has found a perfect spot in our balcony and has started making her nest. The place is such that no crow will ever be able to find. Every morning she brings twigs and even thread to make her nest and that has made me admire nature. I did earlier too, but now i admire it more. The rains do create a hindrance but she still brings twigs and builds her nest. Such should be the dedication...😌

And that's the end. Hope you liked it! Do follow!

The day I drowned...😅

Hello! Welcome back! 😀
In this blog, I'll be telling you about an incident that happened with me looong back in 2015.
So we went on a family vacation to Kerala in December 2015( by family I mean everyone including my aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters and grandmother as well). We went to a beach called -Kovalam Beach. It was beautiful. And as far as I remember, we weren't initially thinking of going into the water, but seeing that there were shops selling clothes also, we thought that we'll buy clothes and then change and the same happened.  My mom and her sisters were sitting a bit away from water and rest everyone was in the water. Now here's where the story begins.
We were standing, with water till our shoulders and whenever a strong wave came we jumped and the wave raised us even higher. Then this one wave came and as you all can probably predict, I failed to jump properly and got submerged for exactly 3 seconds in the water. This is where I felt I was going to drown and should have learnt swimming. Come on, what else can you expect from a girl who has never been in water of more than 3 feet height and even drowns in the 3 feet as well.🤷‍♀️ Also, I was just 10 at that time. I grabbed my uncle who was standing besides me and came up. I asked my sister, " why didn't you pull me up? I would have drowned!". She laughed and said,"you don't drown in 3 seconds!". Now that was not something I wished to hear😂, so I came out and sat with my younger sister who was making sand castles.  When everyone came out, we went and changed. We saw the beautiful sunset and went back to our hotel.

And that's the end. Hope you liked it. Do follow!

My First blog!

Hey there! Welcome!!
I created this account long back but wasn't getting any ideas for my first blog, so I thought why don't I introduce myself and tell you what my blogs will be based on💁. My blogs may contain my daily life experiences or some nostalgic experiences of the past, or just some discussion on what I feel about certain topics.
I decided to blog because that's an easy way to let the world know about my thoughts(certainly it will also improve my writing skills which are very much  needed for my english exam.. haha😂..). Also I will get to say atleast something as my hobby (I really don't have a hobby😬).

Will post a new blog when any idea comes in my mind😅😅

Let's meet in the next blog.
Peace💜!

The Gen-Z curse

We, the 'Gen-Zs ', particularly 1997-2012 borns, are recently receiving a lot of comments from the older generation, mainly because ...
